This idiosyncratic brand and its unique candies—pastilles, jellies, gummy sweets, liquorice and fine chocolates—have been part of the fabric of life for every Italian growing up, sparking ‘magical moments’ within each box. A sweet world of exploration, Leone seeks to inspire all the senses with indulgence and magical joy. But as love for the brand spread around the world, lack of brand awareness and visual inconsistencies were becoming a hindrance for the brand and its growth. The brand needed to change, without changing a thing. We partnered with Leone to create a brand to visually unify its diverse portfolio, while preserving the authentic artisanal heritage of a loved iconic brand, to ensure its legacy for generations to come. Orders are placed simply on the website before the chosen knives are collected to be serviced at the Norfolk based workshop. Each blade is assessed for the specific processes needed from re-profiling the curvuture of the blade to establishing the perfect bevel angle. Through each stage of the process the finest of materials are utilised to provide the finest of finishes, utilising Kangaroo leather and Monocrystalline Diamond compounds Each blade is then checked and tested against the&nbsp;Brubacher Edge Sharpness Scale to ensure the knife edge is to the highest standard. The identity captures the precision required to maintain the perfect blade through the use of the custom typography inspired by the sharp knife edge. The overall design system utilises the unique nature of each knife type through the use of their silhouettes and individual markings and texture. The damascus texture provides depth to the overall visual style celebrating the materials and textures of the process. diverse audience by twisting and adapting traditional flavor profiles and channeling some of Britain’s folklore to create authentic, modern, and exciting beverages. Each of the four beers pays homage to the legends of British history. Our London Studio used playful illustrations inspired by historic woodcuts with vibrant colour combinations and bespoke typographical personalities for each variant, accentuating the quirks of historic typefaces to give them a modern twist. With its rich and colourful heritage, fascinating horticultural archives and history of scientific research, the RHS aims to inform, educate and enrich all our lives, by encouraging the public to experience the wonders of nature first-hand. Restoring the RHS to full bloom was all about bringing this sense of continual, organic transformation to life. Historical botanical illustrations overlaid with vibrant and modern imagery, crafted with textures and seasonal colours, always in motion, always growing. All of which showcases exactly how the RHS refreshes spaces from the ground up, through natural growth that continues to evolve and change, not only over time but with the seasons too. Capturing the natural tones of Norfolk through locally sculptued glass forming a series of photographic compositions blended with experimental soundscapes inspired by specific locations and visual data. This will be a continuosly growing body of work that documents the process. The photography and videography captures the raw beauty of the sculpted glass each with unique embossed and formed details inspired by the nature of the surrounding landscape, whislt the individual tones and colours are formed through data captures of the area. The sound is then recorded&nbsp; and manipulated to form unique soundscapes of the exact location utilising the location data to influence the pitch, key and pace of the score. The brands aesthetic and overall look &amp; feel should reflect the organisation’s ethos, allowing space to promote talent and also clearly communicate the services provided. Our new identity looks at placing the communities creativity centre frame. Inspired by our history and rooted in the creative process our identity system provides clarity allowing the creative talent we harbour to shine and be celebrated. We use a bold confident colour palette born from our services provided, the black, white and illuminating red from the dark rooms. The typography provides clarity inspired by the original aesthetic found in the archives. A powerful, instantly recognisable global brand mark. But in the 250 or so years since Arthur Guinness started brewing his distinctive beers, the harp had begun to lack depth and character. It had become a distinctive shape with no soul. Our challenge was to breathe life back into the harp and let it sing once again… The new harp design is influenced by the rich heritage of the brand and each element has its own story to tell, such as the Est.1759 type, which can be traced back to the metal stamped lettering imprinted in the ironwork and oak barrels at the Guinness Storehouse. The new harp is a sympathetic revolution of the original brand mark – a contemporary take on the brand’s heritage. It can work on anything from craft beers in Europe to Limited Editions in Africa and, just like Guinness itself, has true craftsmanship at its heart. The identity is born from the founders heritage celebrating his native name ‘Tarkan’. Originating from ancient Khazar Kings the term tarkan referred to the highest ranking military horseman of Turkey, celebrating this colourful history, a new king of coffee was born. Collaborating with renowned tattoo artist Chris Newport we created our very own travelling coffee barista, drawing inspiration from traditional Khazar paintings and tapestries of the 14th century. Silverprint have been supplying photographic products since 1984, offering a wide range of traditional, digital and alternative photographic supplies.&nbsp;Whilst freelancing at October Associates we created a brand that provided an insight into their expertise. The brand mark was born from photographic test strips that are produced when developing photographs. That process offered a contemporary graphic device that was very much informed by past traditions and techniques.
